It was very surprising that Datu M. Fuad Kiram I has been revokated as Sultan by Datu Muedzul Lail Kiram. ,his nephew son of Datu Mahakuttah Kiram . According to the revokation letter, both Datu Mohammad Fuad and Omar deux de Legaspi was appointed by Datu Muedzul Lail . This further complicate their story, Datu Muedzul Lail is the son of Datu Mahakuttah Kiram, ( son of Sultan Esmail Kiram I whom after his death) proclaimed by President Marcos under his political tenure, this was being in question if the political president can elect a Sultan for Sulu and Sabah since pres. Marcos is not an Islam and definitely not a Muslim under the Islamic Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo kingdom. This error was realized by president Marcos when Rajah Mudah Punjungan Kiram arrived from Sabah and showed the " Letter of Sabah Administration" from the High Court of North Borneo to president Marcos. It appears that there is a treason betwen the nephew and his uncle committed by Datu M. Fuad because Datu Muedzul Lail was said appointed his uncle as Sultan of Sabah provided that Datu Muedzul Lail be the Sultan of Sulu , Datu M. Fuad instead took all the title by himself and to his son leaving Datu Muedzul Lail with no title.

IN ADDITION, ATTACKING HIS HRH SULTAN ESMAIL D. KIRAM II , HIS HRH SULTAN JAMALLUL KIRAM III AND RAJAH MUDAH AGBIMUDDIN KIRAM IN THEIR FABRICATED COMEDY STORY PROVES THAT THE DOSE OF THEIR OWN MEDICINE WILL LAID THEM TO FINAL REST UPON THE EXPOSE OF HIS OWN NEPHEW DATU MUEDZUL LAIL KIRAM. EARLIER TO THIS EXPOSE , HIS HRH SULTAN ESMAIL KIRAM HAS PROMPTED TO COME OUT WITH THE " ROYAL DECREE EXCOMMUNICATING " THE FORMER ASSISTANT OF SSNB KINGDOM DATU MOHAMMAD FUAD KIRAM I FOR SERIOUS VIOLATION TO THE HIERARCHY.
ANOTHER BIG BLOW TO DATU MOHAMMAD FUAD IS HIS DISQUALIFICATION IN THE NOBILITY TITLE TO THE INTERNATIONAL NOBILITY AND TITLE ASSOCIATION IN EUROPE UPON DISCOVERY THAT HE WAS AN IMPOSTOR SULTAN OF SULU AND NORTH BORNEO.HIS NAME WAS REMOVED IN THEIR ACKNOWLEDGE LIST AND PUT THE NAME OF HRH SULTAN ESMAIL D. This latest development further strengthen the legacy of HRH Sultan Esmail D. Kiram II, which strongly oncretized his legitimacy of being the reigning Sultan of Sulu and North Boneo in full unison. Looking at a glance to the insidious attempt and claim of other Kiram clan to supersede HRH Sultan Esmail D. Kiram II rectify the reality.
