It has been noted that a certain Dr. Mannaff and General Nikabulin , an appointee of a fake Sultan Mohammad Fuad is now on widespread scamming as far as Pakistan , India , UAE , USA and other country poising as Ambassadors. The public is warned of this syndicate not to entertain their bogus claim . Mohammad Fuad has been excommunicated by his HRH Sultan Esmail D. KIram II for violating numbers of Traditional and Cultural laws of the kingdom . His HRH Sultan Esmail D. Kiram II advised the public to be sober as many groups are posing as Royal appointee of his Traditional and Cultural Kingdom to solicit money from people and governments.
